Perform routine & special duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, baths & common areas.
Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction score by following all procedures to ensure all areas are properly cleaned & sanitized.
Resolve guest complaints, promptly, efficiently and with a smile.
Assist with Laundry as needed.
Requirements:
Physical mobility and stamina required.
Must be well groomed.
Ability to communicate clearly & respectfully with Guests & Staff Ability to work independently, while following policies & procedures.
Ability to work full time including weekends & holidays.
Must be trustworthy, pleasant & professional.
Capability to solve problems.
Resort is open year-round.
